XecelAfrica launches fractional executive platform for African SMEs

Ghana's XecelAfrica has introduced a platform offering African SMEs access to senior executive talent on a fractional basis, targeting the management capacity gap that limits small business scaling. The model addresses a real structural challenge in African SME growth but is at an early stage.
