Dangote to Break Ground on $17 Billion Kenya Refinery by End of September

Dangote Group has announced it will begin construction of a $17 billion oil refinery in Kenya by the end of September, representing a major cross-border infrastructure commitment from Africa's largest industrial conglomerate. The project would give Kenya its own large-scale refining capacity and reduce the country's dependence on imported refined fuels.
