DRC Uses Mobile Phone Data as Replicable Public-Health Tool in Ebola Response

The Democratic Republic of Congo is deploying mobile phone data to track and manage its active Ebola outbreak, offering a concrete, replicable public-health data model for the continent. The WHO has separately confirmed that the outbreak has spread to two new health zones, now spanning 63 health zones across multiple DRC provinces.
