Visa, _able and Onafriq Partner to Layer Credit Onto Existing African Debit and Prepaid Rails

Visa has partnered with fintech firms _able and Onafriq to extend credit access across Africa by building on top of existing debit and prepaid card infrastructure. The collaboration is positioned as a mechanism to unlock credit at pan-African scale without requiring new card issuance.
