Cape Town-based AI customer service startup Cue has raised $5 million led by Knife Capital, backed by 160 percent ARR growth, to expand its AI service agent platform into the United Kingdom and other global markets. The raise is one of the largest disclosed AI-specific funding rounds from a South African startup this year.
