FMBN Launches Diaspora Mortgage Product at 9% for Nigerians Abroad

Nigeria's Federal Mortgage Bank has launched a mortgage product offering Nigerians in the diaspora loans of up to N100 million at a 9 percent interest rate, a below-market offering targeting offshore buyers of Nigerian property. The product represents a concrete new retail housing finance instrument for the diaspora segment.
