NCC zero-rates educational platforms to widen Nigeria's digital learning access

Nigeria's National Communications Commission has launched zero-rated data access for digital learning platforms, opening free pathways for students and learners to access educational content without data charges. The policy represents an expansion of the government's digital inclusion approach following criticism of an earlier 100MB daily data allowance plan.
