Pangea Africa and Black Star Africa Acquire Majority Stake in Ghanaian Agri-Food Firm Eden Tree

Pangea Africa and Black Star Africa have jointly acquired a majority stake in Eden Tree, a Ghanaian agri-food company. The transaction marks an exit for development finance investor I&P after approximately a decade of holding its position in the firm.
