That's not a product metric — it's a density play. Battery-swap only works when a rider is never more than a short detour from a charged battery. Thin networks fail commercial riders who can't afford the detour. Dense networks become genuinely useful infrastructure.
With Bingo and others circling the same Kenyan market, ARC Ride is essentially racing to make its network too thick to route around before a competitor does.
