CardinalStone Enables Retail Access to Dangote IPO via CS Alpha Platform

Nigerian investment firm CardinalStone has enabled retail investors to access the Dangote refinery IPO through its CS Alpha digital platform, adding a domestic mass-market participation channel to the cross-border GDR structure reported earlier in the week. The platform targets investors who would otherwise face friction accessing the offering through traditional brokerage routes.
