FG Targets Six Months to Fund Solar-Powered Community-Owned Towers in Rural Nigeria

Nigeria's federal government has set a six-month target to fund a model in which solar-powered telecoms towers in rural areas are partly owned by host communities. The co-ownership structure is being flagged as a potentially replicable last-mile connectivity funding approach if executed.
