Pivot Integrated Energy Services has launched a ₦100 billion Series 1 commercial paper issuance, arranged by Pathway Advisors, testing Nigerian debt capital markets' appetite for energy sector financing. The issuance comes amid a high cost-of-capital environment where top Nigerian corporate bond issuers have recently paid up to 20 percent to raise debt.
