Google Rolls Out Free One-Year AI Access for Nigerian Students

Google is providing Nigerian students with free access to its Gemini AI Plus plan for one year, a benefit valued at approximately ₦92,400 per student, in what is being described as the largest single-country AI skills initiative on the continent to date. The rollout targets Nigeria's large youth population and extends Google's platform reach into Africa's biggest market.
