Lebara Launches Nigeria's Second Commercial Mobile Virtual Network

Lebara has launched Nigeria's second commercial mobile virtual network operator service, testing the regulatory framework established in 2022 and adding competitive pressure to the country's mobile market. The launch comes as MTN Nigeria, which holds dominant spectrum and infrastructure assets, had already introduced tiered MVNO wholesale pricing.
