Nigeria's federal government has formally incorporated a company to deliver a 90,000km nationwide fibre network, advancing one of the digital infrastructure commitments signalled in recent weeks. The incorporation converts a policy announcement into a legal entity, a concrete step toward execution of Africa's largest planned fibre rollout.
